1. What are your hours of operation?
A) All of our music studios in Toronto and the GTA are open from 12pm-12am, 7 days/week.
2 What are your rates?
A) Hourly music studio rates range from $15 – $37.50 per hour. Monthly music studio rates start from $250/month. Please call 416-366-1525 for more info
3. What do the studios include?
A) Our hourly music studios in Toronto are fully equipped with pro gear, including drums (with cymbals), a bass amp, guitar amps, a PA & mics. For specific gear inquiries, please call 416-366-1525.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel without penalty. Bookings cancelled with 4-24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% fee.
5. When/How do I pay? Do I need a credit card to book?
A) You can pay at the start of your music studio booking. We accept cash, debit & credit card at all of our music studios in Toronto, Etobicoke & Mississauga. Our Oshawa location is cash only. You do not need a credit card to book over the phone. Credit card payment is required for online bookings.
6. Is there a discount if I book 3 hours? What is your day rate?
A) Yes, we do offer discounts on music studio bookings of 3 or more hours. Please call 416-366-1525 for a quote.
7. What is the minimum amount of time I can book?
A) We have a 2 hour minimum at our music studios in Toronto and the GTA.
8. Do you have drum sticks, guitar strings, patch cords available?
A) Yes. All of our music studios in Toronto and the GTA have music stores selling accessories such as drum sticks, guitar strings, patch cords and picks.
9. Do you have instruments for rent?
A) Yes. All of our music studios in Toronto and the GTA have instruments for rent such as guitars, basses & keyboards. Double kick pedals, extra amps and mics may also be available. Please contact us at 416-366-1525 for your rental needs.
10. Do I need an appointment to use the studios?
A) Walk-ins are welcome if a music studio is available, but we recommend that you make a reservation since our music rehearsal spaces are very busy.
11. Can I extend my booking while I’m there?
A) Yes. If the music studio isn’t booked immediately after you, you can extend your booking.
12. Where are your locations?
A) We have several locations offering music studios in Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga & Oshawa. Please visit our Locations page to view our jam studios and locations.
13. Can I book online?
A) Yes, you can book any of our music studios in Toronto, Etobicoke or Mississauga online at www.rehearsalfactory.com by clicking on “Book a Studio”. Please call 416-366-1525 to book for the Oshawa location.
